Food Products: Due to their perishable nature, returns are only accepted for defects, technical issues, or expired products.
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Photos or videos of the product are required for defect verification.
Refund Process
After confirmation by our support team, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, while replacement shipping costs are covered by Souq Al-Diyar.
Non-Returnable Items
Food products with opened or damaged packaging
Products with less than 30 days until expiration.
