General Return Conditions

  • Food Products: Due to their perishable nature, returns are only accepted for defects, technical issues, or expired products.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Photos or videos of the product are required for defect verification.

Refund Process

  • After confirmation by our support team, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, while replacement shipping costs are covered by Souq Al-Diyar.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food products with opened or damaged packaging
  • Products with less than 30 days until expiration.
